RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
* Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
* In the original packaging.
* Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS (CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY)
Please note that **the customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning the item.** Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

* Personalized or custom-made items
6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If the item arrived damaged or defective from our side, please contact us immediately at support@vinzaa.com with photos of the product. In such cases, we will evaluate the issue and make it right.
