SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At Vinzaa, we strive to deliver your products as fast as possible. Since we ship directly from our USA-based fulfillment centers, you can expect reliable and tracked shipping.
1. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During this time, we verify your order, perform quality checks, and package your items. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Standard Shipping: We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders across the United States.
Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order has been processed and shipped, it typically takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive at your destination.
Please Note: These are estimated delivery times. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, factors like extreme weather or carrier delays are outside of our control.
3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with your Tracking Number. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier’s portal. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
4. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if the package is undeliverable, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.
5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Vinzaa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. However, if your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier or email us at Support@vinzaa.com so we can assist you in filing a claim.
